Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For refunds to credit cards, we deduct $8 to cover shipping and restocking.

If for any reason you wish to return an item, please email us at support@teelyes.com with your order number to start your return. For domestic returns, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

How do I return my item(s)?

Domestic:

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase.

2. Email us at support@teelyes.com to get your prepaid shipping label via email. Please include the order number in the email. 

International:

For international returns, we will not provide the prepaid shipping label and you will need to arrange for shipment. Please return the items with the original package and include the original invoice and ship the item(s) to:

We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

Note: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 15 days for your return to be processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@teelyes.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We DO NOT accept exchanges. We suggest that you return your original purchase for a full refund and reorder a new item.  

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact support@teelyes.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
